5 Bespoke Bridges at RHS Bridgewater, Salford
A derelict space in Salford was chosed as the site for the 5th RHS public garden and CTS Bridges were approached to supply the five new bespoke footbridges at the new RHS Bridgewater gardens.
Having supplied two vehicle access bridges to the site the previous year to enable site traffic to access the site, CTS were delighted to be involved with the five ornamental timber bridges required in the new gardens to ease the flow of visitors around the new gardens.
In May 2020 CTS supplied two vehicle access bridges to the new RHS Bridgewater site to enable site traffic to access the site to assist the creation of the new gardens.
CTS were then delighted to be approached by the RHS to design, manufacture, deliver and install five new ornamental timber bridges for the new Chinese garden and other areas.
The bespoke timber bridges were made from sustainable softwood timber and all have the Hi-Grip Excel non slip decking to ensure the safety of the public and so that the bridges can be used in all weathers.
