A vierendeel truss with Ekki spindles attached gives this award winning cycle bridge a unique look. 113m of cycle ramps and a 16m x 3m bridge form part of a cycle route that connected the Bow Riverside to the Olympic Park and won the Best Cycling Facility Award. The Hi-Grip Plus coating over a stiffened steel plate deck provides a non-slip surface for cyclists and other users.
